Well Kevin, I just sent you a PM, but I also went back into my Embossing Blog Development and copied each of your pictures into my file. I will refer to them individually regarding what I can comment on that will relate to your bottles.
I have collected a lot of glass but mainly for studies regarding how the glass was made before 1900. I had a life of knowing ad working in the modern glass making industry.
