Hello everyone. I have come into a large quantity of bottles and want them to go to people such as yourselfs. I was researching them to sell on ebay and came across this site. I have checked out some other bottle forums and this one is by far the best and nicest. The bottles are from a friend of mine and belonged to his father inlaw, who passed away several years ago. These were left in the top of the garage and he didn't want them to go back into the dump. So he contacted me (knowing that I sell on ebay) to see if I could find buyers for them. Well after some thought I figured that some of you would like the bottles for your collections. My thought on it is that; I would like to get some money for my time; while the bottles going to people that would preserve and enjoy them. Ebay takes a percentage of the sales and I would happily donate a portion to this website to keep it going. I was thinking along the lines of 25% of the sale price. I would cover parcel post shipping to the lower 48 states and persons from other countries pay for a portion of the shipping (to make it fair because of the free shipping).

I have found this site really interesting and have dug in dumps back in the 1970's in my early teen years. I grew up in the country and along with my brothers we would go into the woods around our house and dig out all the returnable pop bottles for money. We also took home anything else interesting and my dad put the items into boxes and stored them in the barn. They are still stored up in one of the lofts. I asked my dad where so I could go threw them and he said it was a summer project. Well enough on me; let me know what you all think.

Thanks Tom

This bottle is From Zipp Mfg co Cleveland Oh. I believe they made extract. the bottle is 5 1/2 inches high x 1 3/4 wide x 7/8 deep. I like the embossed script writing. There is one mark on the corner of the bottle, just above the fg in the pic. Not sure what to call it, but it looks as if it was hit hard but didn't chip.

This one has Austin's Regina Bouquet T Kingsford Oswego N.Y. embossed on the front. You can all see the paper label. The metal stopper appears to have cork on it (stuck in the bottle) can't see much of it because of the label. On the back of the label there is a picture of a woman with trade on one side and mark on the other side of her. There are no chips, cracks or scratches.

Hey Tom, Thanks for thinking of the guys and gals here! Like Tique said you best bet would be to post some group pictures much faster and most of the people out here can pick out what they like out of a "lineup!"
