That looks like a real old foundation in that basement.
You should probably scratch around and see whats under the dirt.

The pickled products (in vinegar) should technically still be good. The preserved products (in sugar) will probably have turned by now.

hmmmm..I see wire bails..if you do trash the jars..think of me for the wire! LOL

Looks like an old house. Don't eat anything in those jars or cans (Botulism)!
