These are fairly common early 20th century meds. I know I've seen them posted on here plenty of times before. Some info on the company here: https://www.bellans.com/history The original factory complex is now an artists' retreat. I think Bell-Ans was another patent medicine which actually did something useful, because the product lasted well into the 20th century and survived the food and drug regulations of the early 20th century.
