I'm curious about the date this was produced and value of it if that's possible on this? I

Big chief 6.5 oz bottle, Santa Maria, I guess California ?

The numbers on the bottom of the bottle how do I decipher those?

No idea on value, but the year I'm pretty sure is 1950.
