Black Glass gin case bottle

The bottle is BIMAL with lines down to the side stand about 7 1/2 inch not aembossed at all. I'am not sure this is Black Glass (it is to light for black Glass but too dark for olive green). I'am not sure about the date of this bottle can some one tell Please.

The top of the bottle, where the light is coming through, doesn't look like what I would call black glass.
