Blue Bell Bottom Bottle from Canada

Hi All,I have 2 of these bottles. The seam goes all the way to the top. The bottles are stamped:REMPLISSAGE UNIQUE NO REFILL (Triangle with a C in it) . CANADAThe bottom is stamped with either a 19 or 61Thanks for any help in identifying them.

I have no experience with this bottle but it appears to be a Water type bottle or perhaps a wine. VERY modern, perhaps even 21st century.

I'm aware they are modern, the twist top, "No Refill" and bilingual stamping give that away but I've owned them for well over 20 years. Just interested in the history of them. Even newer bottles can be cool.

defiantly a water made in the last 30 years .the only glass manufacture I've come up with is from crystal glass in L.A. you say it has Canada on it ,maybe Canada glass co.?
