Boston Importers quart

I saw a nice tooled lip olive colored quart in a shop nearby the other day. It was embossed in script around the shoulder "Boston Importers" . It looked foreign to me for some reason. Does anybody know anything about it. Sorry I didn't snap a pic.

I passed on it and thought I would research it first before I spent the ten on it. Now I can't find anything on it.
Any ideas of origin or value?
