I'm pretty sure I'm interpreting the marks correctly. Made by owens illinois in Terre Haute, Indiana (the 25 to the left of the OI mark tells the plant it was made at which closed in 1948) the mark on the left is the date code (1934 or 1944)

The bottle is a beer bottle made by E. & J. Burke Ltd. and was established in 1849.

E&J Burke was an Irish brewery that bottled Guinness, among other things. Never seen one of their bottles made in the US before though. I thought the Burke bottles were always imported from Ireland.
