What if we were to nominate a "Bottle of the Year?" We've got a week or so to take entries and to vote for the best bottle find of the year. It would have to have been dug or bought sometime in 2009. Those here that are more knowledgeable than myself, might want to divide it into different categories, or we can just have "the Best" of the year. Might be fun. ~Mike

Charlie, your post was like 8 months ago. Geezers like me don't have that long of an attention span. It's more like 8 minutes. ~Mike

Well obviously there's a LOT of geezers around here! I vote for that crazy pickle jar that either Morb or Plumb dug up.. I always confuse the two of yall.. took German in stead of Latin... [;)]

I say the entry must have been bought or dug by the person entering the contest. We could do best dug find of the year and best acquired bottle of the year for those who don't dig and just buy stuff. The best dug category could be for anything dug by a forum member and the best acquired would be just for bottles.

This is out of my league but if it were expanded to the top five or whatever we might get to see more bottles, ie 3rd, 4th, and 5th best.
