I just recently dug up what looks to be a liquor bottle. It has C.S & Co LD with 5338 on the bottom.
It has a partial label on the neck still, from what I can read it has:
The House of Commons
Ames Buckhaman & Co
Leith Glascow
& London
Not sure what this bottle is.
It has Four seams:
1.
One around the bottle at the bottom about 1/2 up the bottle. Bottom piece.
And one around the bottle just before the neck where the body starts to round and form the neck.
Two up the sides from the one above to the top of the top, I can't see these seams over the top of the bottle.
Does anybody have any idea what this bottle is or how old it might be?
