I sure wish I could go! I used to live in Pismo Beach. Morro Bay is one of the few places I would call paradise in Calif. If I ever win the Lotto I'll move back.

I sold there a couple times back in the late 80's when I lived in California. It was a great show back than, I am sure it is still great. Great area too. I too would love to live there. Couldn't afford it though. Always had a fun time after the show going to Cambria, San Semion, and than cut inland across the costal moutains to Paso Roblos. Love to go there this year and sell but it's a long drive from Florida.

That's for sure! Very hard to find anything near there for less than $400,000 and that would be a fixer upper.

Glen get this, the father of a friend of mine lived in a modular home near Moro Bay/San Luis Opispo I think it was in Avila Beach. It was in a park were you own your lot. The modular home was in need of repairs. Anyway his dad past away about a year ago and my freind sold the lot (very small) and the home for $325,000. Two months after he sold it, he was in the area and decided to drive by his dad's old home. Much to his surprise it was not there and there was a brand new modular home being build.
