Calling all bottle detectives!!!!

Hey guys and gals. I am trying to locate a D.M. Andrews or a Dan Andrews bottle from Roxboro, NC. I can't find any info about it online and I know there are people up here that are better than me in locating things online. If anyone could help me out I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks guys and lets knock it out!!

i am trying to get a hold of a photo. not quite sure what kind of bottle it is. my friend is not a bottle collector and really doesn't know how to explain the bottle to me.......man, very frustrating!!
