At a second quick glance it resembles Fenton, minus the ruffles. :rolleyes:

Second pic shows the base, which is clean and fresh with no visible scratches along the edges, essentially the wear pattern is that of a modern creation. Likely a foreign import from China, India, or a domestic modern art glass blower. These pieces are generally found for sale in souvenir shops.
