Okay Mary619, I'd say you have a great looker. Most likely modern art glass.

At a second quick glance it resembles Fenton, minus the ruffles.

Second pic shows the base, which is clean and fresh with no visible scratches along the edges, essentially the wear pattern is that of a modern creation. Likely a foreign import from China, India, or a domestic modern art glass blower. These pieces are generally found for sale in souvenir shops.
