I would have thought late 1930's but no matter. Finding it is nice. If it was a "late throw" in a TOC dump who cares. That just means there may be some authentic 19th century pontil stuff too!!!

Late 1930's is about right on, this mold is said to be from 1940 so it's a possibility...[;)]

That makes more sense then into the 50's. By then I thought they were getting into the commemorative types and plate molds and marking with CB.
I'm just thinking with my lack of memory though, I could look it up.[:D]
