Cannington Shaw & Co

Hey guys, went digging the other day and got a few pieces. One that I'm trying to get a better grasp on is a clear bottle, the bottom says C S & Co Ld 9287, now i figured out the company as cannington Shaw & Co but I am looking for any more information you can give me on the bottle. For one what the 9287 means & also a date if you can determine it. Ill post a picture if you want, but that will have to wait until tomorrow as its already 2 Am. But get back to me if you can with any information you can provide me with prior to me posting a picture if its necessary.

Alright well its 4 Am and im still not asleep so i might as well upload some pictures. Im going to post one of the bottle compared to something for size, another of the bottle and one of the base and one of the lip. the bottle is obviously dirty, i havent had a chance to clean it yet, but its clear

It's looking so far like a Scotch whisky that wouldn't have much worth if it was in near perfect condition. I'm guessing in the 1900-10 range but more info might narrow or expand that range.

The number was probably something, like a mold number / reference, that only really meant anything to the glassmaker.
