cheap nudie thrill: saturday's finds

Broke through the frost Saturday for a bit of digging. Found this old 1920s Fleur De Glorie lid:

Didn't recover many bottles. Got a nice old medicine type (plain) with bubbles. A pair of abm plain medicines that I only kept because one got warped by a fire. A Burnett Boston blown in mold. And a screw top A.S. Hinds that really isn't too thrilling, but it's better than digging nothing.

At least you got out today... good for you! I guess it was TOO cold to dig in Seminole, AL. Me, I dove in the 43 degree water to get some work done before vacation. I was hoping to find someone in Fla to dig with, but my reputation preceeds me... I will be departing for the Sunshine state, Tuesday morn[]

I'm appalled that you would suggest that our new member Elmo would intentionally dig an interesting artifact merely for the sole purpose of solicitation of crude comments from fellow members of this prestigous forum... I was filled with indignation...[]
