I have one like this as well, but not from PA. Mine is in much worse condition, as it must have gone through the bottling machines a million times, but I would be curious to find out how much yours is worth.
These bottles are kind-of neat in their own way, but they are very common. My guess is that they are normally worth only a dollar or two (unless they are from an unusually rare town or one that is never seen).
Looks like an earlier version of the bottle, the heel appears to be fairly thin, which is common with these early bottles. As time went on they made the heels larger.
