ACCORDING TO MY PETRETTI'S COKE PRICE GUIDE,11TH EDITION IT LISTS FOR $400 1939 6 1/2 INCH X 16INCH TIN CAN BE FOUND WITH A 1940 DATE . MY BOOK IS FROM 1997 SO .....HOPE IT HELPS SOME. THE CONDITION OF YOURS LOOKS ALMOST TO NEW EXCEPT THE THERMOMETER PART SHOWS SOME AGING,SO I GUESS IT IS JUST GREAT CONDITION! GREAT LOOKING PIECE! A COKE COLLECTOR WOULD LOVE TO HAVE IT I AM SURE! That's pretty darn minty. A touch of oil and that scratch will be history! I thought I saw one of those on ebay when i was looking for the value of the "Gold Bottle" thermometer style, because I found a really beat one a while back I wanted to sell. Only got 20 bucks though, hehe, and I cannot remember what your style went for.

You should watch this one, it is rough and you know quite well how to price things, but I'd say the value is no less than double or perhaps thrice what this will get, if i had to make a guess:

NCBRED: IN THE BOOK I QUOTED EARLIER ,YOUR THERMOMETER SHOUD BE 30 INCHES HIGH AND THERE WERE TWO DIFFERNT ONES. BOTH 1950S AND BOTH LIST FOR $550 EACH. NICE! JAMIE

The only thing that throws me on the first one is that it looks to have the trade mark in the tail of the C. That was stopped in the mid 30's era . Does that not make it much older than 50's era ? bob

This was out at the curb on trash day. Can anyone give me a date? Enameled sign, double sided, and Canadian. Reads "ICED Coca-Cola HERE"

1949 17' x 19" Canadian flange........$700. in near mint to mint condition. From Petretti's Coca Cola collectibles price guide - 10th edition. A GREAT FIND!!! BOBBY
