TRADEMARK REGISTERED in tail of first C, which I thought was a good sign.

Unless it's etched, the glass looks to be an ACL. ACL didn't come out till the '30s. When's the tray from?

I think it might be legit. What color is the back of the tray? It should be black. Any dates in the gold ring around the picture Next to the copyright? My girlfriend collects coke stuff. I will check hers and ask her about it.

According to Petretti's, this tray is not shown to be a reproduction. It books for $1,000 but that was in 2008.Even if a repro, $5 is a good deal.

Just like the first post Bon Scott AC/DC album, it is Back in Black.nothing in gold band.next to copyright, there is fading/wear. if there is a date there, it is not legible.

The example of this tray shown in Allan Petretti's 2008 12th Edition book also includes the following ... 1920, 13-1/4" x 16-1/2" ......... $1,000 And at the bottom of the page it states ... Trays shown from 1909 to 1920 must be in Near Mint condition or better to warrant values shown. The tray in question appears to be original, but I'd re-measure it first because I believe Petretti was being specific about his measurements.
