Cognac Bottle

I just got this bottle yesterday. It says MARNIER LAPOSTOLLE PARIS FRANCE. The label is not in good shape. Is anyone familiar with this bottle.

Hi, it looks like a Grand Marnier orange liqueur to me but maybe an earlier one, 1910-30. Just a guess.[8|]

I saw a 1876 orange marnier with a similar label. Do you think its a possibility?

I only guessed that because I like a splash in my stir fry, it's a bit to sweet for sipping for me. They did have other products going quite a ways back though that may have been in similar bottles.

your bottle is a machine made French liqueur most likely made in the 1930s or 40s.

Thank you, the pimples at the bottom is what made me not sure. I guess if it was blown they would not be there.

I missed those. I had to blow up the pic and I'm thinking 40's -60's now. I would have to be a non import to the US though or it would have "federal law forbids......" on it
