Decorated bowl, oriental stoneware?

Found this old bowl and wondering if anyone can date it or have any info. I think it is stoneware. It is 2.5 inches tall.

Nicely embossed decoration. It has a few crack issues.

The last photo should show what appears to be three oriental symbols in red, which may be decipherable and be the link in finding out anything about this piece. No other writings on it.
