I'll attach pics after dinner. Around 6:00 P.M. EST.That telephone piece is awesome, and nice glass too. Where's the crown tops?
Yeah, I don't think it'll be shiny like it once was. But it is a lot heavier than I expected. The receiver for the telephone is a very nice piece, but they're so hard to clean up as they become highly pitted.
First 2 pics embossed around the shoulder: Jacobson Bros. Lakewood, NJ. Around the heel: Registered Contents 7 FL. OZThat telephone piece is awesome, and nice glass too. Where's the crown tops?
Interestingly enough, across the cart path from this trash pit is scattered some 1800s stuff (which I have pretty much beaten the heck out of) So you never know what lies underneath. Both areas I came upon hiking with my dog. Below is a pic of the old cart path. Out of frame, on the left was the 20s-30s trash pit, on the right is the 1800s stuff. Many trails branch off from this path too.Cool crowns! I wish I'd be lucky enough to find a crown top. Nothing but 70's junk where I live.
