I found a place to dig, but just hadn't had time to get out there much. They began grading, we had several days of rain after that and a major mudslide happened at the site. The county closed them down for awhile. But, now they are getting ready to start again and will be blasting out stone/rock. I bet that will break anything in the ground for a big area. The property used to be a part of an old plantation home. I have dug there several times, but only found newer stuff (1950's and up). I wanted the builder to remove a layer or two of dirt and hopefully expose older stuff. I hope to go this weekend!
