I used a small hand trowel today to probe into the root bulb. Every time I heard it hit glass, I'd dig around it until I could pry it loose with my fingers.

I hope I did it right lol

I encountered a very similar situation after Sandy but with slightly older stuff 1890s-TOC-ish [:D]

I'm jealous lol

Quick Question:

Is my no city/state pat. 1915 Coca Cola bottle worth anything?

Near as I can tell it's a 1917 to 1918 bottle right?

upon cleaning, I find "576EG 24" at the base of the bottle. The bottom of the bottle has a "2" on it

also, the Pabst Milwaukee bottle I found is strange. The seam stops under the lip on one side and the glass is about 3 times thicker on about 1/4 of the bottle near the bottom. It is a brown bottle and it looks as though there are a few yellow bubbles in it.
