Double "V"

Could someone please help me with this quart milk? The bottle is the old round, long-neck style with slugplate. Inside the slugplate is embossed "Double "V" Milk V-V Extra Cream Extra Clean". There is no city or state listed on the bottle. I was just wondering where it's from, and some idea as to the scarcity (or lack thereof!) of this clear quart. Will send pics. if needed. Thanks so much!
