That's an odd one, I'll bet Red wants to examine it. The base does look like a cut off but the lip does look like there was some tooling. There were factories that ran both ways and it could be that rather than throw it out they took it to the next room to fix the lip.[8|]
Melinda, probably old news but the bottle has to date after 1917. Dr. Daniels was incorporated in 1917, so the INC. embossed on the bottle tells its age.
