Was out ginseng hunting and found a little bit of wire sticking outta the ground. Well , it is just impossible to pass up a chance to scratch around in a dump. So the mission aborted and bottle digging began. Not a ton of age , alot of full seamers ant tooled top but no screw top stuff. I dug about 40 or 50 bottles and gave almost all of them to the land owner. He was thrilled with the bottles and most I would have left anyway. I did bring home a couple and this cool colored thing also. I am guessin that it is a insulator but I am not sure because I have not seen one like it. But WOW what a color. It has seams up the sides that make me think not old , but it also has a thousand little seed bubbles. What'cha think?? Any help would be appreciated. There is also a local "Ashland Ohio Dr Hess and Clark" med , and a Crafts Distemper and Cough Remedy bottle in a nice dark amber. The Crafts bottle still has a cork and some remaining content. Didnt bother to pull the cork but u can still smell the stuff[:'(] I will put up a picture in just a minute. Trying to figure out my new camera.
