I've seen a few UFO's and I know planes. These things either are unreleased technology the public is unaware of or these things could from another more advanced lifeform right here on earth. We don't know whats in the earth or under the oceans. Maybe, we should be looking there instead of outward.

The chances of life having not developed somewhere else besides earth? Zero... The chances of there being intelligent life elsewhere besides this planet? 100%, the chances of intelligent life being able to travel in means at speeds beyond our understanding? 100%, the chances that they have, currently are and or will travel here to out planet? 99.999999999999999% don't loose your hat kids but the most intelligent and reasonable way to look at is that we are not alone and have likely already been influenced by visitors from somewhere else... There are probably intergalactic maps with us on it....

first of all they dont exist, but if they did they would be millions of miles away so i wouldnt care, you gotta wonder why so many are ''seen'' out west, think the heat gets to people?[:)][;)]

Well I would have to disagree. How do you know they do not exist?

There are many things that we do not see or even know about right here on earth. Does that mean they do not exist?

Consider this, hold a grain of sand at arms length. That grain of sand would represent a portion of the sky. Within that portion of sky over fifteen hundred
galaxies are present. each galaxy like our own consisting of billions of stars and planets.

It would be abnormal to think that we are the only life in the universe.

We also use measurements such as parsec when describing astronomical units.

Millions of miles is a mere drop in the buck. Hell our sun is 93 million miles or 1 AU.

As far as not caring well I would say that is a classic homo-sapien response.

If we could travel the Universe wouldn't one want to explore other worlds as well?

As far as that video clip I would say its an aircraft filmed from a lousy camera.

Have I seen UFO's, you better believe it. On several occasion!

I think life definitely exists on other planets, but we may not even be able to comprehend it and its physics/laws. Just think, what are the chances that a foreign planet will develop EXACTLY as ours did? I am sure conditions on other planets are different than on ours, so the ones we consider "inhospitable" may be perfectly normal for other life forms. I think aliens are as freaky to us as we are to them. That said, I sure hope there's no hostile aliens out there, or at least that our race puts aside their differences and realizes the real threat... In the event of a "War of the Worlds" scenario, we'd be screwed...

This is were I work. Don't think I'm nuts yet but I might be in a few more years.
We are looking at the edges of the universe for some time now. Many astronomers, physicist and scientist spend their lives exploring the unknown. Are they all nuts too?

Don't be afraid my child.
There is much that we do not understand.
