That was a helluva find your dad had Sergio. Thanks for the other info guys...I can now add it to my oldest group now lol. It seems everytime I hike this section of the old rail bed I keep finding older stuff. The section of the old Erie line that is still in use by NJ transit and Metro North still has alot of old poles with glass still on them and I may have found an area where the track was re-routed with poles still up. I gotta hike it before it gets too cold and take advantage of this mild December so far [
