Not a price guide, but it is listed in Donald Tucker's Guide to Saratoga Type Mineral Water Bottles. It is shown as a tall quart (M-15), smooth base, and listed as rare. Only color noted is olive green.

Hi,

The wife has my camera so I can't post pic for a couple of days. The bottle measures 8 1/4 inches tall, deep emerald green not olive green. I thought it looked to small for a quart so I filled it with water. Holds around 16 ounces. Hope this helps.
