They look really fishy to me, the labels don't even match the bottle types..

The tall one with a spout looks more like a master ink.
The labels apear 20th century to me. What does your research tell you about the dates of the business?

Im with RIBottleguy, labels look WAY too good, no foxing or anything, and the bottles do not match what the labels say they contained.

I think the labels appear to be legit, but they look all wrong for those bottles. Indeed, their clean nature suggests the labels have come from a stash -- explains why they are so clean -- and have been pasted onto any old bottles at hand. I hate this practice, and I especially hate it when people paste labels onto bottles which were obviously dug. I wish people would just sell the labels as is.

We have been digging the utica dump for years and blaikie's are as common as bromo's in that dump.None of those bottles are anything Like the blaikie bottles which are clear pharmacy bottles heavily embossed with his name and address on the flat side side. The bottles are ovals with one side flattened and embossed definately fake all the way.

The key here -- as most posts mentioned -- is that the labels don't match the bottle types. Many caches of unused "new old stock" pharmacy and soda labels were discovered in the 60s and 70s. These are still showing up on ebay regularly. The labels never match the correct style or type of bottle that would have been used for the product mentioned on the labels.
