Well it's 2 5/8 round, it's the size of a tennis ball. The thickness of the glass is hard to judge it's pretty lightweight, maybe an once..so it can't be but about 1/8 inch thick
Well im not sure Kovells has them listed anywhere from 83 bucks to 1,372 ithink it's mid 1800's if im not mistaking. someone would just have to throw me a number o.k?
Is the color in your pic off? To me it looks like its amber. I could only find one that looked like it but it makes no mention of the X on the bottom. It's an american target ball and would probably sell for anywhere's between $75 to $100 bucks. I'd put it on ebay and set my reserve at $80. Who know's it may do better then that. Swizzle
The color is off a touch in that pict,it's a light amber/citron yellow...three pc mold with an x on the bottom. That's all i know, oh was that an offer? 75-100. Let me know AJB
I wish that was an offer but I don't have that kind of cash to throw around. I'd be lucky to be able to offer you $50 bucks on a good day and unfortunately its not a good day. There is a lot more people out there that specialize in collecting target balls. I think your best bet would be ebay. I got lucky and bought a target ball at a junk sale for a $1 last year and it sold for $103. After shipping and insurance I made about $92 on it. That was an american 5 piece mold in light amber. Good luck selling it. I wish I could offer you more but today I'm only good for about $20 bucks. Swizzle
