Hi guys,Here are some links to my web site. It is a work in progress and some of the links and write ups are not complete. For you lovers of early New Hampshire glass. I offer the following...... It is a very detailed information site on the early glass works of New Hampshire.http://historical-american-glass.com/new-hampshire-based-early-glass.htmlhttp://historical-american-glass.com/robert-hewes-new-england-glass-works-1780-1783.htmlhttp://historical-american-glass.com/justus-perry.htmlhttp://historical-american-glass.com/perry-and-wood-1822-1828.htmlhttp://historical-american-glass.com/joseph-foster-stoddards-first-glass-factory.htmlhttp://historical-american-glass.com/calvin-curtice--company.htmlhttp://historical-american-glass.com/south-stoddard-glass-manufacturing-co-1851-1858.html I am still looking for good pictures of early glass from anywhere in the U.S and could sure use some from New Hampshire,Temple,Keene,Stoddard and Lyndeboro to add to the pages partially done. Some other members have helped me and I have given them full credit for their pictures and information. You guys and gals that have Historical flasks, utility bottles ,soda, beer anything early that you would want to show from New Hampshire please send them with a brief description.

Steve, Thank you so much for your diligent work and sharing it with the forum and posterity. Good researching on your part. There are a family of Hewes' in the Benson, Vermont area. They were mostly loggers from that town. My brother married into the family. I use to White tail deer hunt with them. They claim Native American status and life of the old way is still practiced among most of them. I can only imagine it is the same family. Wonderful information and again, thank you. I have sent your link off to the family to see if we can confirm it was of the Robert Hewes offspring.Joel

The utility/ink on the left is most definitely Stoddard or NH Glass but the green one on the right I believe may be Penn or NJ glasshouse, perhaps. Both fine examples and in excellent shape.Ep

What Joel said. It's more that I care to read on my monitor, but with your permission, I wouldn't mind printing some for my folder.
