I heard tell there might be some bottles in a nearby creek so off I went to check it out. Sure 'nuff... the spot I picked to dig was next to an old log. Looks like the stopper top bottles wanted a hug from that old log. I found these in a stretch the length of the log. It sure was fun digging and the water is getting warm enough for skin contact. (No more waders for the summer!)

The snuff bottle is shorter than the other 200 I have found in the past. It's only 3" tall (never seen one that short).

The little screw top jar is a 3" tall Jumbo Peanut Butter. (That jar is anything but jumbo).

Here is the bounty. Not much $ value but lots of fun value!!

Alot better than anything I've ever found in a creek. Are they all ABM?

P.S. - Was gonna go to Meridian today but decided to stay home.Any good flea markets I should check out next time I'm down that way?

What do the embossed ones say?Was this a dump or just a bunch of random bottles that got stuck next to the log?

Good water works, the Jumbo Peanut Butter use to bring in a little money back in the day.

There is an embossed lilybecks antiseptic and a Rawleigh's. Mostly plain graduated meds.

I'm going back tomorrow and I want to look upstream a bit to see if I can see a dump. I am already in sight of a highway bridge so..........

Here is one of the better arrowheads I found in this creek.
They are made of Tallahatta quartzite. The glassier the TQ the better the point.
