$50 is plainly too much for the bottle with the chip. Flipping/reselling damaged bottles is not going to be an easy thing to do. Buy a damaged bottle only if you like it, and don't expect to sell it again. Exceptions being high dollar bottles or bottles in rare colors (besides aqua). Depending upon the size of the chip (and the location of the chip: lip, base, front, back) I'd offer the seller no more than half the asking price -- if you really like the bottle.

Okay. Thanks a lot guys, I'll keep you all posted. I'll have to see the price on that Clancey hutch. What would be a good price range of the value of that bottle? I know prices are all over the place, but I don't want to go in at too high of a price for it. Thanks again.

dw3000, in proper English you cannot start a sentence with the word "and". Yes we all make mistakes, like buying a hutch from an antique store for $50 would be a mistake, in my opinion. I would "quicky" realize this and walk out of the store.

Ted, I don't really care about spelling or grammar in this type of forum. My point was that if you're going to criticize someone for making a spelling mistake, then perhaps check your own spelling.

Since it was overlooked, I will point out what I did....I spelled "Quiky" wrong on purpose the first time.....I thought it was humorous....like when you think you're pulling out a blob top only to discover a ketchup bottle! I think you DO care about spelling and grammar!
