yours should be from "chero cola bottling co" instead of "nehi bottling co" if it is then it would be an earlier bottle somewhere between 1925 (when the bottle was patented) and about 1935-40. great find i had to buy mine....

i want one of those the ones i find are broken

if you cover shipping i have a cracked one i will send you

It says on it NEHI BOTTLINC COMPANY. The Patent date is Mar 3 1925. So how old is it? How much is it worth?

i didnt know there were any of the nehi "the best" from nehi bottling co the nehis are all common as far as i know probably about $8-$10 or so depending on who wants it and how bad.....i get alot of broken ones here too as for the year i would guesstimate it to be in the 30s to 40s range there are some newer ones that dont say "the best" on them that are a late 40s to 50s so i would put it somewhere in the mid range

I saw another post that said the NEHI "the best" was rarer because they only used it for a short time because of a copyright. Any truth to that???

If I remember right the 9 oz Nehi version being made in the 30's, during WW2 they made a 7 oz to promote sales, and I beleive in the late 40's the bottle changed to a ACL. Around here you can pick them up $3-$5 although I got a pair at a flea market for a buck, but there long gone.
