I am in search of some info about an old whiskey bottle I have. It is a Four Roses Brand whiskey pint bottle 100 proof and is unopened. It still has the tape going across the top and is not broken. The date on the tape reads "Made Spring 1917" and "Bottled Spring 1930". I guess the neatest thing about the bottle is that my great-great-grandfather was a Doctor so on the back of the bottle is a drug store presciption sticker w/ the presciption info and directions which state "wineglass before meals". I guess this was during prohibition so this was how some could get alcohol legally. Anyhow, I was curious if anyone had any idea what kind of value such a bottle would have. Also, I have the box the bottle came in w/ the Four Roses' decorations on it. Any information would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
