fruit jar lid

I dug this lid the other day was wondering if anybody knows what jar it is for or the rarity of it, I think it is fruit jar lid????????

I looked but couldn't find anything.It would have to be from a lever type or a yoke clamp type.You might try Greg Sperguon at North American Glass.Good luck

Thanx ajohn, I looked on e-bay and it is kinda like the globe lids but they have embossing on them. So I,m going to assume it is globe lid for now???

It seems too small for a fruit jar lid.
What is the diameter of the piece???
