Get Me some Peanuts and Cracker Jack, Is this Jack?

I purchased a large collection of depression glass, vases, dishes, etc. and found two small painted bottles. After a bit I realized they represented Sailor Jack and Bingo, the mascots for Cracker Jack popcorn. However, I have no idea who made it, age, or what they contained. Anyone here have any ideas?

Probably candy containers. I would say they date sometime in the 1920’s. Maybe a little earlier.

I was going by the red collar/cape thing on his back. I will check on Buster Brown too. Thanks for the possibility.

You might be on to something. I see that Buster Brown had a large collar/cape as well. Still can't find anything about a bottle though.
