We filled in one today and started one,we got to it late as usual.
We thought it was a cistern because it was so close to the house, but the house is a tenement building ,so the placement wasn't that odd after all.It is right at the end of the breezeway under the sidewalk.
We got the typical privy fodder , and only got a few slicks out of it today we will do the rest tomorrow.
Here is one cool find we got today, a F.D button (Fire department) 1860s-70.

There's where my problem would fall...trying to fit myself in a little cramped space..
I could probably get myself in......but there's the little problem afterward...
Cool dig rick, looks like you're having a fun time.
