Well, went out this afternoon with the intentions of starting to dig out the cellar hole, but is was full of water 2 feet deep. So, I still raked the sides a bit to start getting some of the wood and timber out that was left from the demolition, and got this bottle...so, what is Syrup of Black Draught...sounds rough...it's a laxative.
