Gran Vino Sanson

I got this bottle today. any one have any ideas on it? Does that look like a pontil mark on the bottom of this bottle? What do think of this lip? hope someone has an idea I haven't been able to find much on it. i think it is after 1900's unless this is a pontil mark.
