Green blown cup help

I found this in an old house and was wondering if anyone knows anything about it such as it's age, where it came from? is it a good piece? It measures 4 1/2" tall x 3" in diameter. It has a pontil mark and swirl marks in the glass. It is very thick. Heres a link to the pics. Thanks

What I see in the pictures, or don't see in the pictures , is any type of base wear. Could you show a close up of the base? The base perimeter should be covered with high point wear or I would suggest this is a new item. It is a great color, anyway.

that its a cup for your drinking
pleasure(ALE). Nice cup and looks like it has applied handle.
