With the lid, that was a steel. I have a bud who bought one for $650 in an antique shop without the lid and that was a good deal. Maybe prices will come down and I will be able to get one dirt cheap.

Of course this is a bad time of year to sell on ebay.

Heres clear one i dug .Ive dug 4 of them in the same area but this is the only hole one. was one other but it was melted. Dug lot of the othere jars to .They must have loved there jumbo peanut butter. Good luck all. bill

all of the jumbo jars i dug have the elephant embosed on the side of a clear standerd pint or hafe pint jar,iv soled one for ten dollers with out the lid. I think ther from cincinnati ohio.
