another find at the antique mall , was a bottle from Oshawa Ontario for Hambly's beverages . haven't seen this bottle before . book lists the company as being from 1929-60's . this bottle is likely from there early years of operations . don't see alot of bottles from Oshawa Ontario for sale or online , mostly an industrial city known for GM plant maybe not alot of bottle collectors there or not many bottles have been found . any more information on this bottle would be appreciated .

There are 3-4 books on Ontario Sodas. The nicest is by Dean Axelson and full of illustrations of bottles and advertising. There is a companion price guide included with the book.

I have over a hundred books on Soda Bottles and History on my shelf. Nothing is specific to Kentucky but it is included in some of my books. I've been through every issue of the National Bottler's Gazette from 1882 to about 1932, and many issues of the American Bottler, Southern Carbonator & Bottler, The Coca-Cola Bottler, and other industry magazines and thousands of newspapers. I am slowly getting everything into the computer so let me know if you're looking for something specific. I like to add a soda related book to my shelf at least once a month and added three for April.

i found one of these bottles several years ago as you can see from post but it wasn't in very good condition .

on the weekend came across one at a local store , its in really clean condition . always assumed this bottle was 30's / 40's era . but they were also the coca cola bottler for Oshawa area and lasted into the 60's . so this bottle for there local flavours

" Hambly's Beverages " contents 7 fl oz , " Oshawa " on bottom
