This bottle is embossed T. J. Murray on one side panel and the other side is embossed Saco,Me.. this bottle is heavily whittled and does have a pontil..the lip is flared..Anyone have any info..history?? seen one before?
and does anyone have any idea of value ??..I am not currently interested in selling..and the bottle isnt perfect..it has a chuck off a corner..which doesn't extend into the bottle..I am wondering value if perfect ..and if there are any other known examples
That's a very rare medicine. The only one I see listed was in the Greer collection. I would guess its value would be about $150 in undamaged condition. Proprietary medicines that dont advertised a product dont have as much market appeal even though they may be rare.
Once again...I do appreciate the info...And Wayne ...have you ever checked out the Saco....there must be more than 2 of these around..I would kinda like one without the chip..hint..
And I actually do know the lip is flared....I mean tapered ...I think...I just type without thinking sometimes...well, alot..
Hi Matt...I was just looking at your great bottles for sale...and I saw the Zoolak. and saw that you were looking for more info.....I have just a little...I recently sold one on ebay but mine also said Dr. Dadirrians (vertically between the Zoolaks)
