Hello,
My 8 yr.old and I needed some quality time together on Saturday and so well, we went out into the back yard and started digging. Under our lovely grass yard about 3 inches is a load of glass in pieces but we found a Heberling bottle. on the one side it says Heberling Medicine & Extract Co. the other side says Bloomington Ill. It is a clear Glass bottle about 8 inches high and it does have HEBERLING embossed on the front. on the bottom of the bottle it has an Diamond shape with the number 8 above it. It is dirty but in perfect condition. It reminds me of my Dr. Kilmer's Bottle in style. My Questions Finally,
How long ago was it made? Is there a web site for this Company that I can get info? Is this worth Digging up my yard?( I also found a White J>R> Watkins jar with it). We have lots of other places to dig and find bottles but this is easy to get to with kids.
