I have a clear bottle that I found in the dirt in the basement of my house, and I want to know if anyone knows anything about it or if anyone knows of a website that I can go to find information and identify it. It is clear, about 10" high, and it has a screw cap on it. It says "Federal Law Forbids Sale or Re-use of This Bottle" and "Old Mr. Boston Guest Decanter" on the front. On the bottom are "R 174" and "55-6". The lid is black (really hard plastic or a resin of some type) it says Colt inside. Does this sound familiar to anyone? I have attached a picture, although it isn't the greatest. It is full of water, and we haven't cleaned it out yet.
