I need help identifying a rose embossed, I think, whiskey bottle

It has on each side two roses and leaves going up to top to encircle a square flat face where label once was.
Has written across top in embossed print, FEDERAL LAW FORBIDS THE SALE OR RE USE OF THIS BOTTLE
Under that it has. D11 56 40
On bottom it says
TM. REGUS PAT. OFF
The seam goes all the way up to lip and the seam is fairly thick.
Its 1st cap says Frankfort Distilleries, but it also has a shot glass cap made of metal.
Going to try to attach pictures.

Lot of distilleries in Frankfort KY over the years. A sharper picture of the cap may tell more to the group.
Is the logo a picture of shaking hands? The bottle looks post WW2 and that distillery may have gone out of business. Distillers often came and went in the business. Good luck in your search.

I found out, Frankfort Distilleries was established in 1902, when prohibition was enacted in 1920 the company was one of only six granted a permit to sell spirits for medicinal purposes. When prohibition was repealed in 1933 the company then built a new distilleries in Shivly, then was taken over by Sea grams by 1940. So, now ....I'm no closer to finding out if this is a four rose bourbon or whiskey bottle.
